A Class is a 2-4 hour session with targeted learning to a specific topic within a functional area. A Boot Camp is a collection of classes with targeted learning to a specific job role.

On-Demand
Our self-paced classes are delivered via LearnDynamics.com as a series of videos. Hands-on exercises are provided in class handouts that can be completed in the students’ own Business Central environment.

Public Classes
All our publicly held classes are taught in the most current version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Students are provided with a virtual classroom link and hands-on practice environment.

Custom Classes
Custom Classes can be delivered via your organization’s Business Central environment, or we will provide students with a virtual classroom link and hands-on practice environment.

Training materials are updated for each major Business Central version in the spring and in the fall.

Live and Custom training

Custom training is offered in NAV or NAVISION. All our public and on-demand classes are taught in the most current version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

For various reasons we do not record our classes, but we will provide you with a copy of the slides reviewed in class, hands-on exercises, and other resources for ongoing reference. Alternatively, you can purchase an On-Demand class which you can review multiple times within a consecutive 90-day period beginning the date of purchase.

Payment in full is required before selected class dates can be guaranteed and will be invoiced directly to your company.

On Demand classes
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for an on-demand class that has been purchased. A 90-day period is provided for you to complete the class and you can review each of the modules as many times as you would like during that 90-day period.

Public Classes
A full refund will be issued to the student if the student cancels 28 days before the class start date, less applicable fees to process the refund. A 50% refund will be issued to the student if the student cancels less than 28 days and more than 14 days before the start date, less applicable fees to process the refund. No refund will be issued to the student if the student cancels less than 14 days before the start date. If a class is cancelled by New View Strategies, the student may select whether to defer the class fee to the next offered class or receive a full refund.

CPE credit is only offered with publicly available classes taught by an instructor. By participating in a public online or in-person class, you are eligible to earn up to 20 CPE credits which will be distributed following class completion. To be awarded the full credit hours, you must notify your instructor of your intention to request credit before the start of the first class. To receive CPE credit, you must be present and actively engaged, which will be verified using polling questions and other means. You will not receive CPE credit for any portion of the class that you do not attend or appear fully engaged.

On-Demand can also be referred to as self-paced training. The classes are a series of videos that you can work through at your own pace. All concepts are demonstrated in Business Central and every class includes a booklet of hands-on exercises you can use to aid in retaining what you’ve learned. Once you purchase the On-Demand class, you have 90 days from the purchase date to complete the class.

There is no limit to how many times you can watch the On-Demand classes during the 90-day period.

We review and revise all our course material twice a year when Microsoft puts out their major version releases in the spring and the fall.
